Midwest Cup Rules
Rules for Midwest Cup 2010 are FIFA Laws of the Game and USYSA, with the EXCEPTIONS noted below:

SUBSTITUTIONS
All ages
Unlimited number of substitutions.
U8 - U12
Sub on the fly -- without the referee's permission players may subsitute at the halfway line on the touchline.
May also substitute at any dead ball with referee's permission.
U13 - U19
Substitution at any stoppage with permission of referee, per FIFA Laws of the Game, Law 3 / USYSA.
LENGTH OF THE GAME
U8 - 2 X 20 minute halves
U9-10 - 2 X 25 minute halves
U11-14 - 2 X 30 minute halves
U15-19 - 2 X 35 minute halves
Offside
No Offside infractions for U8
OTHER AGE GROUP MODIFICATIONS
Law 15
U8 - players may use a kick-in; it is a Direct Free Kick
